Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking friendly and efficient candidates for a Customer Service Representative position with an Electric Company in Hopkinsville, KY. This position will pay $15 / hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Assist walk in customers
- Check emails
- Collect payments
- Establish or disconnect service
- Provide computer user support
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Programming, or related field preferred
- Previous experience of 1-3 years working in Customer Service or Information Technology area
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is detailed oriented and organized
- Able to analyze data and information
- Able to utilize design data and information such as high tech manuals, computer language, engineering manuals, and educational curricula
- Able to calculate percentages, fractions, and decimals; ability to calculate volume, ratios, present values, spatial relationships; and ability to interpret basic descriptive statistical reports.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally
