Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a Forklift Operator position with a great Automobile Manufacturing Production Company. This temp to hire position requires at least 2+years experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing facility. The pay is $17.30 / hour, and the hours are Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 P.M.- 6:15 A.M. with potential overtime hours as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety and policy requirements of the company
- Operate propane forklift to transport production items
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Has high school diploma or GED
- Has at least 2+years experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing facility
- Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Closed toed shoes/boots, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask
- Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime as needed.
