Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and efficient candidates for a Warehouse Labor position with an Established Wire Product Producer. This is a permanent temp position and will pay $18.00 per hour. The hours are flexible for 20-40 hours 3-5 days a week - Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Run the bubble wrap machine
- Lifting a load by hand / forklift in the range of typically 20 lbs. - 80 lbs. or 60 lbs. - 300 lbs. 50-75 times a day
- Keep the work area clean and orderly by adhering to Safety Rules.
- Adhere closely to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Capable of continuous heavy lifting
- Forklift skills are desired but not required
- A team player who is quick to complete tasks without being prompted
- Capable of standing/walking on a concrete surface for the entire shift
- Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment
- Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel toed shoes/boots
