Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Office and Operations Administrator position with a Landscaping Company located in Burns, TN. This position will pay $22 - $28 per hour, and the hours are Monday – Friday from 8AM - 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manage incoming leads and customer communications
- Send invoices, reconcile payments, and assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping
- Coordinate team events, office organization, and process improvements
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance are essential
Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting 25lbs.
- HR, Bookkeeping or Office Administration experience is a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Possess strong communication skills
- Possess strong organizational skills
