Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper for a Manufacturer in Hopkinsville, KY. This position will pay between $17 - $20 / hr. based on experience. The hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Process payments
- Record transactions
- Monitor aging report
- Maintain financial records
- Assist controller with bookkeeping tasks
- Good attitude, performance and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Previous banking experience is preferred
- Must have excellent math skills
- Experience working with QuickBooks is not required but a plus
