Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking friendly and organized candidates for an Administrative Associate position with a Counseling Center. This position will pay $18 - $20 per hour and the hours are M-F from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Greet internal and external guests in a welcoming, joyful manner
- Answer and manage multiple calls at one time
- Enter necessary data and information into the computer
- Perform Administrative tasks such as printing, organizing, email communications, mail mergers, data entry, etc.
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Has High School Diploma
- Previous experience with high call volume is required
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook/calendar
- Possesses time management, organizational and communicative skills
- Pays attention to details
- Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines
