Express Employment Professionals in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a Die Maker / Machinist for a manufacturing company in the Dyersburg area.
A Die Maker / Machinist is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining tooling, dies, fixtures, and machine components used in production operations. This position requires precision measuring, blueprint reading, machining skills, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Duties Include:
- Build, modify, and repair dies, tooling, and fixtures
- Operate manual and CNC machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure quality
- Troubleshoot tooling and production issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on dies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining processes and measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Must have good work history and reliable transportation.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr.
Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
