A Front Office Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with estimates and documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Duties Include:
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with customer paperwork and documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding repair updates
- Process invoices, payments, and office records
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Customer service and office experience preferred

Pay: $15.00/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, Day Shift
