Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and staff
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Support office operations as needed during coverage assignments
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience required
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to adapt quickly to new office environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability preferred
