We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble plastic and metal components according to work instructions.
- Snap parts together accurately and efficiently.
- Complete visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects.
- Pack finished products according to specifications.
- Stack completed parts into totes and verify weights as required.
- Maintain production standards while following quality and safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform visual inspections with accuracy.
- Experience with assembly work and production environments.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
