This is a hands-on position working in a production environment assembling automotive components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to specifications
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
• Follow work instructions and standardized assembly procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Clean Background required for consideration

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10-12 hours per shift
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35 pounds
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
