Job Title: Top HVAC Installer
Location: Gray, TN
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift
Pay Range: Up to $32 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Top HVAC Installer with strong leadership skills to join our team in Gray, TN. This position is ideal for a highly skilled HVAC professional who has 5 to 10 years of experience and is ready to step into a leadership role. The successful candidate will oversee installations and manage a team of installers while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC installers, ensuring high performance and quality work.
- Oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure all installations comply with company standards, safety codes, and regulations.
- Train and provide guidance to junior technicians, offering coaching and support for skill development.
- Communicate effectively with customers to assess needs, explain services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, parts used, and time spent on each project.
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the worksite remains clean and organized.
- Stay up to date with the latest HVAC technologies, techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of HVAC installation experience with a solid understanding of both residential and commercial systems.
- Proven leadership, crew lead, or management experience in the HVAC field.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- EPA Certification (Type 1 and Type 2) required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on providing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
