Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, inspect, and ensure the quality of custom ammunition boxes

Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes and output
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with a positive attitude

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable working around firearms and ammunition (training provided)

Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
