Job Full Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to join our crew. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks on construction sites including loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, equipment handling, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards

Operate hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently
-
Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with tasks
-
Set up temporary structures like scaffolding
-
Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times

Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman
Qualifications:
-
Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
-
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions

Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Must be dependable and punctual

Outdoor work environment; exposure to various weather conditions
