Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Customer Service / Collections Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for contacting customers regarding past-due loan accounts to collect payments while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone and written correspondence regarding past-due loan accounts
- Collect payments and negotiate repayment arrangements
- Resolve account issues while maintaining a professional tone
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account activity
- Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Customer service or collections experience preferred, but not required
