Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for property listings and office operations
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally
- Maintain and organize property records, files, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and listing updates
- Coordinate communications with agents, vendors, and clients
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures
