Job Summary
We are currently hiring Assembly and Production Associates for a manufacturer in Piney Flats, TN. KPS Global is a leading manufacturer of walk‑in coolers and refrigerated panel systems. These positions involve hands‑on assembly, material handling, and measurement‑based work in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates must be able to read a tape measure accurately and follow production specifications. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble walk‑in cooler panels and related components
- Measure, cut, and align materials using a tape measure
- Perform material handling and staging of parts
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Meet productivity, attendance, and safety expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required)
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
