Receptionist – Manufacturing Facility (Hot & Cold Compress Products)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, drivers, and customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative functions while maintaining a professional and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers, ensuring proper sign-in procedures and directing them to appropriate personnel
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, route calls to the correct departments, and take accurate messages
• Maintain visitor logs, issue badges or passes, and ensure adherence to facility safety and security protocols
• Coordinate communication between office staff, production teams, and external contacts
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and shipments; assist with outgoing mail as needed
• Monitor front desk activity and assist in maintaining an organized and professional reception area
• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document organization
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating conference rooms
• Support administrative and office staff with various tasks as needed
• Handle basic customer inquiries and direct more complex issues to appropriate departments
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure professionalism in all interactions
