Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door – Internet Services)

Location: Tri-Cities Region (Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol – TN/VA)

Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling residential and business internet services through door-to-door prospecting within assigned territories. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering customized connectivity solutions to drive revenue growth in the Tri-Cities market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily door-to-door sales activities within assigned neighborhoods and targeted territories
• Prospect and engage potential customers to promote internet, Wi-Fi, and bundled service solutions
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages to meet household or business demands
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in CRM systems
• Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and territory planning sessions
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner within the community
• Follow up with leads and previously contacted prospects to close sales opportunities
• Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends, and promotional campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a designated sales territory
• High level of motivation, resilience, and goal orientation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred (door-to-door or telecommunications sales a plus)

Working Conditions:

• Field-based position requiring daily travel throughout the Tri-Cities region
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Evening and weekend availability may be required to maximize customer contact
