Job Description: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily operations by ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and product preparation for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Monitor and update inventory databases.
- Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.

Pick and Pack:
- Accurately select and pick products from inventory based on customer orders.
- Package orders efficiently and securely.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and ready for shipping.

Prepping Products for Shipment:
- Inspect products for quality and integrity.
- Prepare products for shipping by securely packaging them.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation.

Unloading and Stacking:
- Receive incoming shipments and unload materials.
- Safely and efficiently stack materials in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50lbs pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
