Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to provide professional cleaning services in residential homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, and other household surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Make beds and organize rooms as needed
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes
- Communicate any maintenance issues or special requests to management
- Maintain a clean and organized supply area
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
