- Responsibilities in Supervising employees in designated cell
- Fill in and help on floor when needed
- Quality checks on parts in designated cell
- Must be able to distinguish between good and bad parts
- Have working knowledge of robots and presses
- Have working knowledge of basic troubleshooting and starting up/ shutting down presses
- Organizing mold changes and line clearances
- Work over or come in early to cover for other line leads when needed
- Daily use of computer to document quality checks and orher PPW throughout the day
