Schedule: Full-Time - Monday-Friday
Pay Range: Depending on Experience
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial and/or residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality standards and deadlines.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and clients.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and delays.
- Oversee quality control and ensure customer satisfaction.
