We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Assistant! In this role, you will support the payroll process to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time. • Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for assigned employees
  • Review and verify timecards and clock-in/clock-out data
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
  • Assist with payroll corrections, adjustments, and timesheet discrepancies
  • Communicate with associates and supervisors regarding payroll questions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed

     

    Qualifications:

    • Previous payroll or administrative experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, spreadsheets)
    • Experience with QuickBooks
    • Comfortable working with payroll systems and Microsoft Office
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
