Express Employment is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial and/or residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality standards and deadlines.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Identify and resolve project challenges and delays.
• Oversee quality control and ensure customer satisfaction.
