Job Opportunity! We’re now scheduling interviews for our next Restaurant Floor Manager.
What You’ll Do: Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and company standards. You’ll coach, train, and motivate staff, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and confidently address team challenges when needed.
You’ll be highly visible on the floor; setting the tone for exceptional hospitality. From supporting servers and coordinating with the kitchen to resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, memorable dining experience.
You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant by monitoring sanitation, food safety standards, and inventory levels; ensuring every shift runs smoothly for both guests and staff.
