Express Employment Professionals is hiring Concrete Production Workers for a Middlesboro, KY concrete manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on position in a production environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in the heat, getting dirty, and performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in hot temperatures and outdoor conditions
• Not afraid to get dirty and perform physical labor
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime as needed
• Manufacturing, construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Mandatory overtime required

Pay: Starting at $17.25/hour

Typical Duties:

• Assist in the production of concrete products
• Load, move, and stack materials
• Operate basic production equipment
• Perform quality checks and maintain a safe work environment
• General plant housekeeping and labor duties
