We are partnering with SignResource to hire INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.
Location: Jacksboro, TN
Pay: $21.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift
Overtime Available Friday & Saturday
Long-Term Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Inspect machinery and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards
Requirements:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience in a production environment required
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts on 1st Shift
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work overtime as needed
