Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for a Pennington Gap, VA facility.

Job Duties:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Assist with minor plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and repairs
- Help maintain HVAC systems, including routine inspections and filter changes
- Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and ceiling tiles
- Complete basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- Maintain building grounds, walkways, and common areas
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Respond to maintenance requests and facility needs as they arise
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in facility maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC trades
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Day Shift
Pay: $12.77-$15.00/hr
