Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Estimator / Project Manager for a growing industrial and structural steel company in Maynardville, TN. This position is ideal for someone with experience in industrial construction, and project management who can confidently manage design, supply chain, and bids.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Prepare estimates, bids, and material takeoffs for commercial and industrial steel projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Utilize CAD software and other estimating tools to develop accurate project costs
- Price steel inventory, materials, labor, and subcontractor costs
- Manage projects from award through completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Track project documentation, change orders, and schedules
- Experience with software such as Procore, PlanSwift, Tekla Structures, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $28-$38/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
