Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation Coordination: Schedule freight shipments
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Inventory & Order Management: Track stock levels, reconcile physical inventory with Warehouse Management Systems
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive bending/reaching
Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of warehouse or administrative experience
