Job Full Description

• Inspect returned product for root cause failure and determine if repairable or usable.
  • Work with Technical Support staff to regularly report root causes of returned products.
  • Provide defective or damaged parts as needed for evaluation.
• Replace parts/repair returned product to make usable as exchange product.
• Recover usable service parts from scrapped returned product.
• Assist with inspected product disposition.
  • Scrap process.
  • Re-box products.
• Assist with Incoming Inspection of new product.
• Assist with Product Quality Rework projects.
• Assist with 1^st class Product Inspection as needed (inspecting labels, manufacturing dates, lot numbers, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and preparing reports.

 

• Able to lift 60-80 lbs.
• Mechanical, electrical, and tool skills required.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

2 Year associate degree in mechanical / electrical a plus
