Job Full Description
• Answer incoming calls
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Process orders and forms
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Complete call logs
• Make and receive calls using a telephone headset
• Read from a dynamically prepared script
• Adjust scripts as necessary
• Maintain detailed records of contact
• Monitor performance
