Job Full Description
Analyze HR data to uncover workforce trends + opportunities
Use quantitative + qualitative data (Workday, Power BI, Excel, etc.) to identify insights that support business decisions across the employee lifecycle (headcount, recruiting, DEI, retention, etc.)
Build & enhance HR reporting + dashboards
Design, maintain, and improve Workday reports and Power BI dashboards to visualize workforce metrics and communicate insights to HR partners and senior leaders.
Partner with HR + business stakeholders to turn insights into action
Work cross-functionally (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to understand business needs, translate them into analytics projects, and present findings in clear stories + recommendations that drive decisions.
Workday - for HR data, custom reporting, dashboards, discovery boards. Power BI - for dashboard design, visuals, DAX models. Excel / Google Sheets - PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data prep, modeling.
HR data analysis & insights, Workday reporting, Power BI dashboards (DAX), Data wrangling / data quality, Storytelling & presenting to leaders.
Developing custom Workday reports, Building Power BI dashboards, 5+ years HR data analytics experience. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, HR Analytics, or related field
