Job Full Description
A local welding/fabrication shop in Morristown seeking skilled MIG/Stick Welders to join our team. If you have a passion for welding and a desire to grow your skills, we have an opportunity for you. We offer competitive wages and a supportive work environment where you can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and Stick welding tasks based on project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Requirements:
- Previous welding experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with little experience
- Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Salary:
- $18 per hour for candidates with little experience
- $20 per hour for experienced candidates
