About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Pool Assistant to support daily pool operations and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, stays active, and takes pride in keeping facilities in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily pool setup and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, lounge areas, and surrounding grounds
- Monitor supply levels (towels, cleaning materials, trash receptacles)
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests
- Support lifeguards and management with basic operational needs
- Follow all safety and facility guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- No prior experience required—training provided
