Position Overview
Express Employment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to schedule and customer needs

Monitor routes and provide real-time updates to drivers

Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal team members

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and driver logs

Address and resolve scheduling or routing issues promptly

Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations
Qualifications

Previous dispatch or logistics experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software

High school diploma or equivalent required
