Pay: $16.00–$16.80/hr
Schedule: 1st & 3rd shift options
Overtime: LOTS of OT available

Job Summary
OTICS USA, a leading automotive manufacturer in Morristown, is hiring reliable Production Associates for immediate openings on 1st and 3rd shift. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with consistent overtime and long-term career potential.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely
- Load/unload parts and components
- Perform quality checks on finished parts
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all production, safety, and quality standards
- Work OT as scheduled (mandatory based on production demand)
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand for 8–12 hour shifts
- Good attendance and communication
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant)
Shift Details
1st Shift: $16.00/hr
3rd Shift: $16.80/hr
OT Pay: After 40 hours
