Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts for quality and report defects
• Meet daily production and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule & Overtime Requirements

• Must be available for 1st and 3rd shift 
• Overtime is frequent and mandatory, including extended hours and/or weekends
• Flexibility is required to meet production needs

Pay & Incentives

• $16.00–$16.80 per hour, based on shift and experience
• $50 weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance
• Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
