Job Title: Returns Processor
Location: Morristown, TN
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday - 8a-5p
Pay: 16.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Returns Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and processing returned merchandise from eBay transactions, ensuring items are accurately inspected, documented, and prepared for resale or proper disposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort incoming returned packages
- Inspect returned items for condition, completeness, and functionality
- Accurately document return details in internal systems
- Determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, discard, etc.)
- Repackage items for resale according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, returns, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
