Position Title: MIG/TIG Welder
Location: Morristown, TN
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder with proven experience in aluminum welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using both MIG and TIG welding processes. Attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work from blueprints and specifications are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and other metals as required.

Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.

Inspect and test welded joints to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of MIG and TIG welding experience, with strong emphasis on aluminum.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Proficiency with welding tools, grinders, torches, and measuring instruments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Welding certification preferred but not required.
