MIG Welder – Now Hiring!
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring MIG Welders for a growing manufacturing facility. If you have welding experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality welds, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measuring tools, and welding symbols.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy, making repairs as needed.
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
- Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
