Industrial Maintenance Technician – Weekend Shift
Location: Newport, TN
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Bonus: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a long weekend shift with a great work-life balance? We are seeking a dependable and motivated maintenance professional to join our team in Newport, TN. This is an excellent opportunity to work just three days a week while receiving pay for a full 40-hour week.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and production equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, bearings, and gearboxes.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
