Now Hiring: 1st & 2nd Shift Production Associates
American Appliance is seeking dependable, hardworking associates to join their team in Newport, TN. Multiple openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift with an immediate start opportunity for qualified candidates.
Pay Rate:
- $14.35 - $15.35/hour
- Shift differential may apply based on position and schedule
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday through Thursday
- Some Fridays required based on production needs
- 1st Shift and 2nd Shift openings available
Job Duties:
- Assemble appliance components and finished products
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable transportation and attendance
