Responsibilities:
- Transferring BOLs into database
- Communicating with trucking companies and agents
- Inputting billing information for key customer accounts
- Sending emails and faxes
- Opening mail
Requirements:
- Data Entry or Administrative jobs experience
- QuickBooks is a plus
- Accounting / bookkeeping experience is STRONGLY preferred
