Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- The Production Manager oversees daily operations in the distillery to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality standards.
- This role is responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring equipment and processes, and driving continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
- 3+ years of production management or supervisory experience in a food, beverage, or manufacturing environment (distillery experience preferred).
