About the Recovery Center
Our Recovery Center provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are dedicated to helping patients achieve lifelong recovery through personalized treatment, professional support, and genuine compassion.
We’re looking for a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the night shift (7 PM – 7 AM). This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, empathy, and excellence in patient care within a behavioral health and recovery setting.
Position Summary
The LPN supports the clinical team in providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Compassion and professionalism are essential in helping patients navigate the early stages of recovery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered nursing care with empathy and attention to detail.

Measure and record patient vital signs; document any health concerns.

Administer prescribed medications and injections as ordered by medical staff.

Monitor for and report any adverse medication reactions.

Maintain accurate and timely entries in the electronic health record (EHR).

Assist with wound care, basic medical procedures, and patient education as needed.

Collaborate with clinical and support staff to promote a safe, supportive environment.

Comply with all facility, state, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.

Complete required training and maintain all credentials in good standing.
Required Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing with the State of Tennessee.

Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (behavioral health or detox preferred).

CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.

Knowledge of medical terminology and EHR documentation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to remain compassionate and calm in high-stress or emotionally charged situations.

Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care.
