Job Full Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide career counseling, intake, and assessments, assisting participants in achieving self-sufficient goals through customized strategies, case management, and resource coordination. This role involves a range of duties including conducting interviews, delivering presentations, managing caseloads, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain personalized strategies to help participants set self-sufficient goals.
  • Provide case management services including documentation, eligibility tracking, and reporting.
  • Process applications, offer job referrals, and provide support services as needed.
  • Deliver presentations, attend workshops and trainings.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of related experience preferred in case management, workforce development, or social work.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in workforce development programs is a plus.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance required. 

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and perform routine tasks involving manual dexterity and mobility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply rules and policies.
