Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming front office environment while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic clerical duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars
- Support various departments with general administrative tasks as needed
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an office or customer service setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong sense of reliability
