Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities

Policy Administration: Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.

Client Documentation: Generate and deliver auto ID cards, summaries of insurance, and certificates of insurance.

Billing & Payments: Address billing inquiries, process check requests, and manage finance agreements.

Claims Support: Assist clients with loss run requests and facilitate the claims process.

Renewal Management: Coordinate renewal activities, including requesting renewal applications from carriers and clients.

Data Management: Import and export client lists, and update service summary rows.

Client Portal Management: Maintain and update client access portals.
-
Flood & Bond Renewals: Manage renewals for flood and bond policies.
-
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with account managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
-
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance coverage.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
